Beyond the Sun June 12, 2008 - June 13, 2008 Check-in begins June 12th at 9pm Doors close @ 10pm. Students will not be released until 5am June 13th Calling All 2008 Senior Parents If you are a parent of a Senior, we need you! So PLEASE lend your mind and talents to this worthy cause. Join us in the development of one of your senior's most memorable high school experiences. Find out what this is all about and decide when and how you can be involved. Why: Grad Nite is a wonderful school tradition in which parents of the graduating class plan the finest graduation party possible for their seniors. The purpose is to celebrate our seniors' achievement in such an entertaining way that being at this party is the only place they want to be. It provides all seniors in attendance a safe, fun, alcohol-free environment to enjoy their final high school event.

TO ATTENDING GRAD NITE
VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED A fabulously fun Grad Nite is being planned for the graduating Seniors and over 240 parents/volunteers are needed to help work during the Grad Nite event! ALL PARENTS (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior) ARE INVITED AND ENCOURAGED TO HELP! Parents/volunteers are needed to supervise the various entertainment activities and games, deal blackjack and poker at the casino tables, work the prize booth, and help with student check-in and security. We are currently looking for Committee Chairs for Fundraising, Security, and Worker Food. Please consider being a part of this wonderful high school tradition and volunteer to work a shift (or shifts!) during Grad Nite. DON'T MISS OUT ON ALL FUN!!!! BE A PART OF GRAD NITE '08!!!!! Food Committee Seeking Donations The Grad Nite Worker Food Committee is seeking donations for Grad Nite and for the "Construction Worker Volunteers". We are in need of bottled water, Gatorade, packaged items (such as chips, cookies, candy bars), home cooked dinners (when we get the construction schedule), fruits, and other snack items. Monetary donations to purchase other needed items will be greatly appreciated too. Please make checks payable to MCHS PTSA Grad Nite.
